As always, Belair Engineering, and it’s experienced techs, provide quality service. I have been a customer for many years. They service my HVAC, and have performed additional services, including sump pump, hot water heater, and garbage disposal replacement/installation.

Most people wouldn’t even come out because we have a crawl space. The gentleman didn’t hesitate to go under the house to see if we had a leak there.We have Belair Engineering for our heating and air conditioning too. I didn’t realize they did plumbing as well. Glad we figured out it was the ice maker on the refrigerator that was leaking.
