Heat Pump, Furnace, Heating & AC System Repair, Service, Replacement, & Installation

I have been a customer with Belair for several years now, and have not yet been disappointed with any of the service I have received, and the Technicians are awesome! Today "Yahony H " was the tech to my rescue. My A/C was not operating correctly, and he applied his expertise in finding the problem...and explained everything as he went through everything. And my home cooled down in the amount of time he said it would. From beginning to end...like all my other services...AWESOME job! Belair has a life long customer.

Advice and service provided were excellent with clear explanations. The price of the hot water heater was a little higher than the rough estimate, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for cost/pricing. Otherwise, what could have been a painful experience of replacing a hot water heater was performed seamlessly and smoothly.

I am upgrading the systems in my home and feel fortunate to be working with Belair. Honest, professional and courteous. Belair is strongly recommended over other local HVAC's contractors. Their price was slightly higher but worth every penny of the difference.
