Hugo did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the issue I was having with my AC unit. He was punctual, polite, and knew exactly what he was doing. Along with all of this, he also explained everything he was doing in detail, and provided tips in terms of what to look for in order to prevent the issue from repeating itself. Before he left, he did some final checks to make sure the external unit had sufficient charge, and the price for the service was very respectful. 10/10 experience with Hugo and I’d highly recommend to anyone else!
