Brandon identified the problem quickly and was able to resolve it in a short amount of time. He took photos to show me what the problem was.

Hugo arrived and surveyed the situation with my heat pump. He quickly noticed wires were improperly run and were melting. He corrected the wiring issues and proceeded to fix the heat pump. He defrosted the compressor unit outside and showed me how to turn on the emergency heat. He treated me like a human being capable of understanding what he was saying & showed great respect for my home.

Even though it was Hugo's first day back from medical leave, his care of my furnace was as comprehensive and professional as always. With his usual practiced eye, Belair's best serviceman did everything to prep my system for the coming winter and thus provided the peace of mind all us customers want. For being so courteous, so skilled, and so proactive, Hugo to me is "Belair."

The technician called prior to the appointment to ask if he could arrive earlier. He answered questions posed by the company doing a kitchen rehab. He gave clear answers that I was able to pass on to the contractor. As always, the job was done efficiently.

Mike was very helpful in locating a problem, fixing it quickly, and he was very personable and knowledgeable. Another great maintenance checkup.

The technician, Cory, was prompt, polite, and efficient. He assisted me with thermostat programming, completed my spring maintenance, and answered all my questions.

If there is a better serviceman than Hugo, I would argue for a recount. Thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt, Hugo treats my unit as if it were his own. His care and maintenance have been such - and he once came out on a cold Friday night when the furnace stopped - that my 7-year old system looks brand new. To me, Hugo IS Belair. He's just the best.
