Julius was supposed to only give an estimate. But since I agreed to the price, he completed replacing the section of old, leaking pipes in the basement within two hours.

Julius tested the “fix” confirming it was truly fixed before leaving…and was quick and neat. He also pointed out evidence of the eventual need to replace the entire faucet. As it is a specialized piece, I appreciate the heads up so I can start figuring out where I bought it…or at least put it on my to-do list. Julius also called 20-30 minutes in advance of arriving.

I have had occasion to use Belair twice now. Each time they have responded the same day. First service call was completed in a timely and professional manner. Have an appointment for Monday to have the water heater replaced. Expect the level of service will again be top notch.
