The rep found a problem that needs to be corrected and plans for Belair to come back to correct it, then the fall service will be completed. The furnace will continue to work well. He also recommended a by-pass device to protect against water coming on to the floor if there is a stoppage in the lines (I bought it). He also fixed the mounting to the wall of the remote device. I hope he is the rep that returns--he knows his business!

Jimmy from Belair Engineering did a great job fixing our AC unit at Good Samaritan Lutheran Church. There was a puddle of water under the unit that leaked under the wall and stained our carpet. We waited two years to check it as we thought it would cost a lot to repair. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that it only cost the evaluation fee and took only two minutes to fix. I am a happy Good Samaritan!

The guy who repaired the fireplace was fast and efficient and very nice. He took the time to explain the problems with the fireplace and what should be done going forward. One reason I use Belair for plumbing and other services is because the people they send out know what they're doing.
