Cooling System Maintenance

• Lubricate the blower and all motor bearings.
• Check and adjust the blower belt and replace if necessary.
• Clean or replace standard 1" inch disposable air filters.
• Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures.
• Check coil temperature; inspect for breaks or leaks and check air temperature across condenser.
• Check, calibrate, and adjust thermostat and controls.

Heating System Maintenance

• Lubricate the blower and all motor bearings.
• Check all wiring and coils for breaks or leaks.
• Check and adjust blower belt and replace if necessary.
• Clean or replace standard 1 inch disposable air filters
• Completely clean the entire furnace chamber including flue pipe
• Adjust and set primary air shutters to ensure proper fuel ignition and economical operation of furnace.
• Check, calibrate, and adjust thermostat and controls.
