Hugo visited us today for a spring service check up. He explained the furnace check up process in a very professional manner and then proceeded through the steps. Like all of the Belair representatives we have worked with, Hugo was top notch.

We were his last service call for the day on a Saturday. Because our system was failing, but had not failed yet, we were expecting to have to wait until at least the following Monday. Alex was friendly, courteous and quickly replaced a failing blower motor in our central heating unit.

We have only great things to say about Belair and everyone with whom we come in contact. Brendan was excellent; he was prompt, introduced himself, was friendly and obviously enjoys helping people. Of course, most important is that he knows what he's doing. That has been our experience from the start with Belair. Kudos to you for thiring the right people with the right attitude! Thank you.

I have been using Belair Engineering for over 25 years to tune-up my furnace and my A/C, and I recommend them highly.The service technicians have always been polite and knowledgeable.

I did not have a good experience with Belair this time...after Belair canceledthe first appt. with me scheduled for 11/28 on that morning and having gotten a friend to house sit for me so I could work, yesterday I raced home for what was supposed to be the first afternoon appt. because I had an evening appt. at 6P. Brenden did not arrive until almost 5:30 so I had to cancel my 6P appt. I know this was not Brenden's fault and he ran into unexpected problems prior to getting to my house. Having said that, you have a huge company with hundreds of customers I assume so to have no additional resources for unexpected delays is not stellar customer service. In addition, I had asked and was told that another tech would come yesterday to do my heat pump/air handler check so I would not have to take another afternoon off from work in a few wks. I was told another tech would come to perform those services yesterday. No other tech came so I will have to take time off again in order to accomplish this task. Aside from Brenden, not good service.
