The techs are very curtious, nice, professional, and prompt. Actually the whole company is. Like the warranty. However, I would like the wrench ( that removes the glass panel ) back that came with the fireplace. It was accidently " borrowed" and the panel is a struggle to get off. I worry it might break or get damaged. Or if we should ever have to remove it, which I doubt would ever be the case, I doubt we could remove it.
