Very thorough tech
We have contracted with this company for some time. They have some very knowledgeable technicians and are always courteous and pleasant to work with. We have been dealing with an AC issue for several months and while we have been frustrated at the length of time it's taken to fully evaluate the issue, our most recent technician took the time to come up with what seems like a possible diagnosis and solution. Justin was superb but Belair Engineering did not provide him with the appropriate filters (2) for the two furnaces or the oil for the generator. This will require a second visit by a technician.

Replaced Propane Water Heater
This is the second major installation from Belair Engineering-- two Air Conditioning/ heat pumps and propane furnaces and now the hot water heater. Very efficient installations and subsequent service. Pricing is very fair and they explained everything that had to be done.
