I've been trying to get my airconditioning unit fixed for a week. It was difficult to get on the schedule, and then when a technician came, saw that a part had to be ordered. Today a technician came to replace the defective part and saw that the area was frozen and he could not do the job. Now I have to be rescheduled again after defrosting takes place - who knows how long that will take. It would have been helpful if the first technician (Hugo) advised us to shut off the system so that defrosting could occur instead of now having to wait a few more days for that to happen. In the meantime, we're rather uncomfortable in our home. The unit, which I bought through Belair, is less than five years old. I'm a very dissatisfied customer. I've had a contract at this house for about 17 years and this is the most dissatisfied I've ever been. It appears to me, as a long time customer, that you now need more workers to service your customers in a more timely and efficient manner!
