I have always been happy with Belair Engineering's service. I have only one complaint this time. I received my bill for my service agreement and there was a letter with it stating that I was eligible for a 5% senior discount and also an additional 5% discount for paying in full. When I called Peggy to give her my credit card number, she mentioned neither of these discounts. After hanging up, I realized this and called back immediately. Peggy was a bit grumpy about it, but gave me the 10% off. When I asked why she hadn't mentioned it, she said they typically do not mention it but will give it if asked. This is not good customer relations if you ask me. Otherwise, Belair has been terrific and I will continue with them. The service guys are always courteous and friendly. I just need to remember to ask for the discounts. :-)
