Two sided because ONCE I WAS ABLE to contact Belair all went well. The tech who provided the service 4-5 star-friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The Weekend I called when the generator would not start and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang - left me hanging - zero stars. So, the 4 stars are for the experience with the tech and getting him out. The empty star is a zero star across the board because I was left out in the cold with noway to get hold of you over the weekend when the generator failed to fire. The weekend before the ice and snow with 5 degrees and wind chills of minus 10. I was not having a warm and fuzzy.
