I called Belair on 8/14/23 to get a copy of their ESP service agreement which I received via email almost immediately. I reviewed it overnight and called the morning of 8/15/23 to schedule a service call for my A/C which was completely down. Within 2-3 hours I received a call from the technician Yahony H. to inform me that he was on his way! He arrived 20 mins later and quickly determined that the problem was the capacitor at the outside unit. He had the part on his truck and replaced the defective part in a torrential downpour while we stood under umbrellas. I can not speak highly enough of Yahony H. Throughout the entire process he was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all patiently explaining the answers to my questions. He had us up and running within the hour, with discounts on the service and parts due to our service agreement. We received excellent service from the office staff, Marty in Contracts, and another lady in Service (sorry I didn’t get your name.) In all the years with our prior HVAC contractor I do not remember a single service call that matched this experience. Thank you, Belair, for showing how it should be done!!
