I have been with Bel Air Engineering for over 40 years You have replaced both of my house Heating and Air conditioning units. I guess the old inefficient units from the 70s do not exist and the more efficient new units need to be replaced after 10 years. What really bugs me is that those new units always seems to need a new feature that the tech feels compelled to sell. Whatever happened to peace of mind when buying a new appliance

Maurice diagnosed the problem with my furnace and also noticed an issue with the expansion tank above my hot water heater. He explained what would happen if it failed which it could easily do. So I am having it replaced which I would not have known to do if he did not come.and I potentially could have had a flood in the basement. Also he pointed out the advantages of having a contract on the water heater. I asked Maurice to check the element which he did. Outstanding employee!!
