Last few service calls were marginal. This was a very good call and the person knew what they were doing. Window for appointment time is still too large and overlaps lunch when many people run errands. Should be 8-12 or 1-5 or whatever time is appropriate. Not 8-1. Your sales office is still very poor. I've called multiple times and asked for info and no one has ever called back.

The technician arrived, assessed the problem and repaired the heat pump immediately. He explained what happened to me so I understood. He reset the thermostat and was done.
