I was a little disappointed with the Service window of 9am-1pm but when I called and asked that the technician not arrive between 11am-12pm, the service rep said "Easy!" and put a note in my file. The day of my appointment, the technician arrived at exactly 1200 and was in and out in 15 min. Great attitude and I appreciated the accommodation for my time request.
