Alex smelled a small gas leak, and alerted us. BGE confirmed, turned off the gas, and a plumber was able to come and fix it the same afternoon. Alex was only here to do the spring checkup, and could have said nothing. Very personable, and we're glad he spotted (smelled) it, and alerted us. Who knows what could have happened.

The technician was fantastic, arrived at good time (not at end of window), things were done satisfactory, but it all comes at a cost. The prime work and price on the furnance tune-up was ok (no coupons) but the price of replacing the thermostat seemed high. However, I would use them again because they have good people and you can count on the work being done properly.

brendan brady came out to fix our faucet.He then came out again to install a new valve under our sink.We had to call him back twice,as the valve still, leaked,,but he got it right at the end.Mr Brady is an extremely competent and professional employee,and Belair is lucky to have him. He worked quite late,almost till 9p.mm to fix our problem,and the next day called us to make certain that there were no more problems.A top notch performer.
