Roger was polite, informative, thorough and patient. He brought instructions for my remote (installed 2012), took time and showed my how to operate it. He explained that cleaning the glass on the fireplace was part of the service call. He did an great job, my fireplace looks like new.

The serviceman was very meticulous about his work and did a thorough job. He explained everything completely while educating me about what he was doing/what was needed and when he left everything was cleaned up completely.

Tyrone was exceptional. He explained everything he was going to do and was extremely professional. I moved a few items from the utility closet so that he could reach the furnace easily, and he replaced them himself. He even took a minute to fix my garbage disposal, a service I did not expect!

It took awhile, but they got it done. I didn't realize that they were having trouble until the end. They were very nice, but were not careful about slamming the front door. I was amazed at how fast BelAir come to my house for appointments and how quickly the job was scheduled for completion. I will use them again.
