Knowledgeable staff

Technician was very friendly and courteous. Did the work quickly and recommended a surge protector for my heat pump which a I didn’t even realize the pump was not protected. He stayed and installed it today. Much appreciated for the advice.

The service rep, Anthony, called two minutes before my 9am-1 pm window opened and said he would be here within 30 minutes. He got here even earlier, introduced himself, asked how my holiday was and was incredibly polite his entire visit. He was finished with his seasonal check in less than a half hour, explained what he found and remained extremely polite and cheerful as he left. These seasonal checks are hard to schedule but they are always conducted quickly and flawlessly, and now I know that it is all service reps, not just the one I’d had the last few years before today.

On time for the Annual Check of our heating system; efficient and courteous.

Techs are knowledgeable and great at explaining whatever is problem. They also maintain a photographic file of all service done.

Rusty has serviced our gas fireplace several times; he is always polite, professional and punctual. We have always been pleased with his work and have never needed to call back for any service he has performed. We have been using Belair Engineering for about 7yrs and find them to be a good company to deal with.

Both Richard and Jose were great representatives of Belair and were very helpful in explaining everything about my new system to me. Since I am giving this review only a couple of hours after having the system installed, I can't speak to how well it works yet. So far, my house is not as cool as I expected it to be, however, I will wait a day or two before I start to become concerned. With regard to every other aspect of this experience with Bel Air, I have been extremely pleased. Thank you!

Paul was great! I would recommend him 10/10 if I could. I appreciate his calls to let me know where I was in his plans for appointments for the day. As requested he called when he was on his way. However, even more important, he did a great job of servicing my hvac system and making sure things were ready for summer, asking questions, and providing suggestions for me to help and maintain the system. I also had mentioned a few mishaps during installation, small oversights and he stepped right up to address any concerns. Again, Paul was great and I send a big thanks to him. Service like his make customers like me choose and recommend companies like Bel Air for quality service.

I highly recommend Belair to anyone. Belair came to my rescue. I highly recommend Mr. Ron Nicholson he prepared my proposal which I accepted. Mr. Ron Nicholson was so courteous very respectful and fair to me. I also give the utmost praise to Jose and Richard they did the installing of my new inside/outside unit. They were neat cleaned up beautifully, explained and went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. I normally do not entertain surveys but this one I had to because "I am so satisfied". Thank you Belair.

Russell is an asset to your company. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He tested the A/C thoroughly and check the fuse mount at the unit.
