on previous visit found bad part, BE ordered and rescheduled the repair, all covered by my service contract

I've used Belair in the past for gas furnace issues and when I moved to a new house with a gas fireplace that needed cleaning and inspection, they were my first choice. John S. was great. He called ahead to let me know when he was on his way, showed up on time, was clean and neat with the work and very knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The fireplace never looked better. Great experience and will definitely call them again.

Tech arrived and started checking out the furnace for the fall start up, found a part not working on the humidifier and ordered it and said the office will call to schedule the installation when the ordered part arrives. The tech was informed, knew the equipment, and answered all my questions.

Both fireplace and furnace with humidifier receive fall start-up check for the coming winter. Both employees were knowledgeable and quickly checked the equipment for any problems. Did tests on the working parts and didn't leave until all were okay, or problem(s) repaired. Arrival time was in the middle the "window."

Maurice C. was professional and did a thorough job checking and testing my furnace. He called to narrow the time for service and called immediately before arriving. Both telephone were greatly appreciated and a plus for his service and your company.

Tech was very polite and friendly

I did find a screw on the floor. I'm not sure where it came from, it appeared that all the screws where back in the front of the A/C unit. If they aren't, it won't turn on.

I called to find out where I was on the schedule and the tech phoned to say he was 30 minutes away. Perfect.

The tech arrived at my home in the time frame established when I set up the appt. He was efficient and even put back a piece of furniture that had to be moved in order to access the attic.

called at 10 pm, service tech, cory, arrived next morning at 9:30am, was finished at 10 am, times approx. we had a working a/c again. he explained the problem found, what may have caused it and the repair made. he was very professional and business-like in his manner

had to replace fan motor, thermostat, also installed overflow valve and did chemical cleaning of a/c unit, Except for newly installed overflow valve --- other items were covered by SILVER service agreement.

Corey Smith is a professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of all the heating/air conditioning technology that is out in the world today. Corey is a loyal asset to Belair Company. My wife and will continue to call Belair for all our air/heating needs👍🏿💯👀
