Tech called and said when he would arrive, on time, went to work immediately upon arrival, explained what he had done and were there any questions, completed the job in about an hour. office staff was very good to work with also; scheduling, contract renewal, and reminders of the agreed upon appointment date and time.

Have had Belair Engineering for our HVAC needs for a long time - many different techs over those years and every one of them terrific. Dale was no different. on time, quick yet thorough, and he gets extra props for being in our house with a dog (leashed) who has major protection issues. Visits like this are a good training opportunity for us with the dog, and Dale was very helpful by following instructions, announcing his approach, etc.

Our technician arrived on time and was extremely neat and very friendly. He did a wonderful job cleaning our gas fireplace and checking that everything was in working order for the cold days ahead. Top notch service with a smile!

Tech came for service on the early end of service time, perfect timing for us. Very professional in appearance and attitude. He gave us explanations as to what he was doing and why. Everything works perfectly and we only needed the filter to be changed.

The tech's that came out to my house to service my (Roger) gas fireplace and a second (John) did a great job. Each one ask about the problem and then went onto take care of it. Cost was very reasonable for time spent.

appt made in sept, first available was in dec, with a window of 1 to 6 pm, would like to have had an earlier appt and a shorter window. tech was very good with expert workmanship shown, cleaned up the work area and did not wear street shoes in the house.
