Belair missed my first appointment of the year and then it was raining and cold so I cancelled. This time, the weather was good enough and the tech came out during the window provided. Everything went very well. He checked out the system and told me everything was good to go. Friendly guy, efficient and quick. Great experience.

On time, professional service with a thorough review of my HVAC system.
Jimmy K was professional and thorough. He noticed a problem with my water heater that was not a normal part of the inspections that Belair Engineering conducts. He also recommended installing overflow switches in order to prevent damage from potential HVAC system leaks. Additional service appointments have been made based upon Jimmy's recommendations.
